I claim that drinking vinegar will have a alkaline effect on stomach acid. Although the vinegarman, says drinking vinegar will add more acid to the stomach acid, causing the acidity to rise.
I have sound reliable information from the manufacturer of drinking vinegar who is a agricultral biochemist, who states that if the stomach aciditity rises from pH2 to pH1 drinking vinegar will bring it back into balance reducing the acidity back down, rather than up. I'm looking for the scientifc proof that drinking vinegar reduces stomach acidity and not add to it.
