When will Daddy Yankee finally release Cartel? Does anyone know?

No it hasn't come out yet. On Daddy Yankee's myspace it says that Cartel will be coming out this summer. There is a song that you can listen to from his new album there. Check it out.

I am not sure that is a good question. Supposively I heard that is was suppose to come out sometime in 2006, but I haven't really heard anything else. There is an article on MTV about this I just can't paste it because my rating isn't high enough.
