What's the no. 1 life skill you need to learn?

I need to learn how to have a sense of humor. Sometimes i'm lacking it. I feel a little defensive and i don't want to be like that.

I wish I could learn to trust , I have been burned a few times in my life by my best friends at the time and I have never been able to trust anyone 100% ever since, although I am trying.

Sorry for that girl. I couldn't blame if you lost your trust. If that happens to me, I couldn't give my trust completely too. But anyway there's still hope for everyone of us. We can do it. Thanks for responsing.
