I'm interested in traveling to China this summer and I want to see the amazing cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong but I am much more interested in the less "internationalized" cities and villages throughout China. Its such a vast country with so many different regions and peoples. There has got to be some interesting places to see.

But if you want to visit somewhere of rich history,I think Wuzhen is the best place.I've planned to visit Wuzhen this summer holiday. Wuzhen lies at the north of Tongxiang City of Zhejiang province, with no hills but interlaced rivers. It enjoys a history of over 1,000 years since it's established in 872 A.D.Over more tahn 1,000 years,Wuzhen has never changed it's name, address, water system of lifestyle.Yhe traditional buildings are still well preserved after crossing so many rough years.Within the town, with a dense network of rivers and wharves, people build their houses along the river and arch bridges, arched gates across the street, imposing dwellings and spacious countyards, river banks and verandas are all well preserved. It is just like a natural museum of ancient architecture.Very beautiful!
