Why do you hate Lana Lang?

I don't like Lana Lang becuase she has gone from sweet, caring friend to everyone in town, to the paranoid, nagging bother to everyone. Personally, I'd like to see her character leave smallville and the show go on without her.

I completely agree. Lana is not the girl of clark at all. They are totaly different people... and he needs to find someone better than her.

well, i'm sure the lana lang they have on tv is not the same as in the comics. we all know clark is going to end up with louis anyway so why bother. i just feel sorry for her sometimes, she wants to do good and she is being played by & used lex.

Well I don't hate her but I don't like the character either. She is way too wimpy for me and at the same time manipulative. She's not happy no matter what happens. She seems to enjoy having Clark and Lex both at her beck and call. Both men deserve better but at least Clark should move on and find someone better. Someone who can make him happy without twisting him all about. Be nice to see it happen.

Well I don't quite hate her but admit that she is a bad actress. She either overacts or doesn't know how to show the right emotions. She was better earlier in the show. Now I couldn't care less if they write her off the show.

Well once again my tastes are unpopular. They're sure to off her now. *pouts* I don't hate Lana. I prfer her over Louis. Louis annoys the crap out of me..I don't think Kristin's acting's all that bad..but she's pretty much the same every role she's in, always Kirsten. She could try something new I guess I wouldn't half mind that. But w/e. The day they get rid of Lana and pair Louis with Clark's the day I stop watching basically.

I only hate how they've had her character using so much soap opera dialogue in the past year or so. I don't really hate her, but almost all the characters on Smallville get super-selfish sometimes. Clark used to be the worst one and sometimes still is.

Lana has become too much of a good samaritan that she ends up making enemies. In smallville I think Lana doesn't know what she actually wants in life. Lana plays no significant role in smallville. Chloe is the brains and pieces the puzzles together while Lois is the spunk that keeps Clark on his toes. Lana has nothing to contribute except mistrust even if she says that it's ALWAYS Clark's fault.
