How do you referral people?

What's your way to referral people to my.Lot?
I tryed to ask some of my friends from the class and from the messenger to join, but I only got 6 referrals so far.
What about you?

i have total of 38 referrals but no money from them even though u r refferd a person if not work it is waste so what i can say is please do u r work in mylot.

I have 2 referrals and I get earning from them. but only 0.01 coz they not efective in mylot. How about your refferal are they efective in mylots?

i have 14 referrals but none of them are active they sign in but for some reason do not stay active
i get by posting links on websites
