Do you believe in the end of the world and God will come as a savior?

If you do can you please explain to me in a easy and make sense term that I can uderstand? Because many people have claim that this is the end and you should believe in God. I have no problem in believing in God but I don't belief that the whole human being will die and only a handful of people will survive. Many people have claims that and ask people either to give their property or their lives as an incident a few years ago. What is your opinion on that issue? I want to hear your mind.

Hi Maria, As a christian my understanding of the end of the world will happen because we broke the fellowship with God by eating the forbidden fruit in the garden of Eden (sinned). Since then, God has been trying to get us back to him but we have rebelled. So he sent hi son Jesus to come and show us the way and when her ascended to heaven, he said he'd return at an unknown time for those of us who accept his gift of eternal life. Like one responder said, we don't know the time of the return but Revelations has indicated signs of the end. I personally don't like to read Revelations but I'd say we have to be ready for it return now because we might die before the return and if we were not ready (accepted chirst) then we are going to hell. Just be ready now and God bless.

I do believe in the end of the world and God, but I don't listen to closely to those who say the end is near because the bible states that we will not know the time It also states that there will be wars and rumors of war, so since there is a war going on, maybe that is proof in some people's minds that the time is near

Very true, so many people say they know when the end will come but the bible says only God will know the moment it will happen and we shouldn't worry about it or spend time trying to figure out when it's going to happen, only that we should be ready at any time. There are a long list of things in the bible saying this will happen and that will happen first. I haven't studied in depth myself but from what some say, a good share of those things have happened.

bestofmoneyonline, yes I know all about Iraq, my husband has fought there twice and will soon be returning. I do believe I said that since there IS a war (actually more than 1) going on, maybe that is why many think the end is near.

The Iraq war and the current situation in the Middle East are not the sign of the end of times, because we have thru all of our history. As someone has said be prepared rather than try to guest. That answer make sense to me.

Correct! Human problems have to be solved by human. Perhaps we can asked God, or our own inner self for guidance , but we have to take responsibility in solving our own problem. My 1 cent thought! :-)

I do believe that the world as we know it will end. And that there will be some who will survive - those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. I believe that anyone who reads the bible and trusts in God's word will also believe the end will come. I don't mean to be harsh but to me saying you believe in God but not in His teaching is like saying I believe He exists but not anything about Him. God loves us, all of us lowly humans, and has given us ample opportunity to be saved from eternal life in hell. It is each individual's choice whether they believe and follow or not.
