Avatars in MyLot

Yes avatar helps a lot to create impressions.I always take out discussions by considering the avatars.When I see your avatar,what comes into my mind is that you are a person who smiles a lot and love to make others also smile.

avatars??..well...its very hard to judge ppl by it!!..i never thought that actually ppl are judged by it over here..perhaps..when they have their photos uploaded as their avatar..but even then i dont think i can judge someone with it..but judging can be done when u've been following someone's posts for quite some time.and yes..i've judged u somewhat as am a regular reader of ur posts..lol.. * pragmatic * staright-forward and frank * has a good vision(ofcourse i dont mean ur eye sight!!:P) * short-tempered(not that u were angry with someone here..but i can just make out) * not too funny * likes to make a lot of friends, and yes, hates leavin them(from da two discussions u dedicated to ur friends:D) * very hardworkin(coz u said u always come 2nd in class, coz of ur internals) * egoistic(coz u dint want me to give up my ego) * music lover * loves singing and computers * cant stand nonsense.. well..damn me!!..i've actually responded to this discussion in some kind of an examination pattern!!..lol..couldnt get this enginnering crap outta my system yet.. And as for the avatar thing, i've a stupid fancy wrist band as my avatar..i hope ppl dont start judging me stupid bcoz of dat..lol and yeah..if i was wrong somewhere in judging u..plese lemme know:)

yes you are partly correct avatars help a bit in judging someone...but im very bad at it! to be very honest..whatever i will pen down for you ..that will be based on whatever i have known you till now..and not only based on your pic. i feel you are a man of your own terms....you have created a world of your own inside you and you are not so comfortable with it.you may show to the outside world'that you dont care whatever they think about you'...but inside you know that it bothers you.you are a bit straightforward thats why you are often misjudged.you may have loads of friends but you are upset about the fact that you cant reach out to anyone of them when you are feeling low. something's irritating you from within....may be that ppl dont understand you well or inside you know or you are not so assertive about yourself that you can make a good relationship. but on the professional front ..you are happy with your work.

Looking at your picture I see a man who tries to show everyone he is so happy but inside there is a man who is soul searching, still looking for happiness and his place in life and always trying to help and please other people. Someone who is misjudged a lot because people don't know the real you. That is what I see.

I don't take as much notice of avatars as some others here might - I mean I take enough notice to recognise my friends discussions and responses in other discussion threads but I have noticed that some guys have photos of women as their avatars and vice versa. Yours at least is your own photo (as I read in one of your responses above) and very nice it is too - it portrays you as a happy and friendly person which is what I have found in my experience with you so far here! I have seen avatars of girls with lots of cleavage showing and I don't take these too seriously, there is nothing wrong with displaying a bit of your assets but often it seems people display these kind of photos as their avatars as a means of tittilation and to get as much guys to respond to their discussions as possible. Often, I suspect it's not even their own photo. Anyway each to their own but as I said I used avatars mainly as a means of recognising other members - mainly my friends - I don't assume the photos are always actually of the member. I mean how many people here on this site has Aishwariya Rai, Hrithik Roshan, Shahrukh Khan, etc as their avatar pic? I'm pretty sure Bollywood stars have got better things to do than write at myLot so I know it's a case of wishful thinking. :)
