This question has been posted err-where.
There is no doubt that there are many sites that lead to other sites blah blah blah. don't waste your time.
I have investigate time into researching some of these "Get Paid to" and 89% went in circles. I have read most of their privacy policies as well, and quite frankly, when you sign up for one, you are agreeing to opt-in to receive a bunch of email that clutters you inbox or junk mail.
What I did to identify whats what was get a separate inbox from my normal mail (saves money on Excedrine Migraine),
and found that out of 96 sites that I have reviewed, two of them are real sites that does not require anything, view anything, nor get paid to refer anybody. Brandinstitue.com and Your2cents.com are real surveys. Not Marketing surveys. I am in no way being compensated to share that. But I will tell you that although you will receive funds for completion, don't expect to pay bills.
If you are looking to make a quick buck, the link listed below does offer a great deal, no obligation to buy anything. However, make sure you have a separate email account to handle the ads because they will send them. and you will be compensated just for reading them. It is worth the effort if you read your email regularly.
IF you know of a site that does not refer you to sites already seen, make a suggestion;
Is there any particular site that is of concern? Perhaps I have read the fine lines (privacy policy) and can offer insite
