Can guilt be good for you?

Research shows that negative messages-that evoke guilt and fear-are far more effective deterrents to potentially harmful behavior than positive or feel-good messages. life is not easy to live. you can not stop thinking neither negative nor positive. what do you think.

As individuals differ from each other, they also differ on their approach to different situations and circumstances in life.
As for me, negative messages challenge me. It invokes in me strength and determination to do better and strive to bring out the best in me.
As for that study, I believe it is true. Conscience can deter acts that may bring harm to others. While people who are constantly applauded and recognized may forget to act remorsely. And we can set an example for those people who are on the limelight, like celebrities.
