have u ever had a NIGHTMARE ??????????

yes,today when asleep i experienced one of the most threatening nightmares of my life,, in the past also i had a few, why is it so , why do we see nightmares ?????? Do any of u also experience this ???

Well we all dream and yes sometimes the things we dream are scary. I don't think nightmares are a big problem if they don't keep coming back.

I don't have nightmares as such, I have anxiety attacks, when I think because I haven't done something I am going to die, it is very frightening until I snap out of it...
