what´s going on at paypal?

why is paypal going to take tax and fees now. doesn´t paypal get enough for ebay. what do you think about that?

I have a FREE Paypal account and they don't charge me anything to send or receive money. They do charge for business type accounts though, but I'm not sure on how much the fees are. Do you have a free account there or a business one?
