Losing my Religion...............

...........That's me in the corner..wondering what the hell all this religion stuff is about. Actually, unlike REM, I'm not really losing my religion because I've never had it in the first place - at least not the organised religions - I have the germ of belief within me, but it certainly doesn't involve Father figures in the sky, or Heaven and Hell etc...... What I don't understand about conventional beliefs is, they all, without fail, preach Peace and Love, yet are responsible for more War and Hate than anything else in the World. Not only does one religion put down and kill other religions, but they also kill each other - Christian kills Christian, Muslim kills Muslim etc etc - and it's all in the name of their God! What's all that about? God, if He exists, must get very confused - "do I take this side, or that side?" - if I was Him, I would say "sod it", and go to lunch........ It all seems very hypocritical to me. Anyway, that's my rant for today....'Bye for now.
