What Do You Think Of Johnny Depp's Role In The Pirates Of The Crribean?

I only liked the first part of The Pirates Of The Caribbean, I found the role of Johnny Depp to be quiet funny and the way Johnny Depp played it it was quiet fascinating....

I didn't particularly like the Pirates movies, and I didn't enjoy Depp's performance, though he's usually one of my favorite actors. I didn't like him in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory either, and I hated the movie.

I thoroughly enjoy watching Johnny Depp's portrayal of Capt Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. As an actor, I had more or less followed Depp's career from his 21 Jumpstreet Days to the many strange roles that he has chosen in order to flex his acting skills. He has played many interesting characters from Edward Scissorshands to Ichabod Crane to Willy Wonka that he is just fascinating on screen. However, the Jack Sparrow character is one of my favorite. A pirate with an almost effeminate touch but somehow still exude an aura of danger and sexiness, Capt. Jack Sparrow is just full of contradictions, bumbling but wily, ruthless but with a soft heart, and somehow despite a few selfish actions on his part still inspires loyalty among his friends and crew. Definitely, a fun character and a joy to watch. As he say, "Why is the rum gone?" Hail to Captain Jack Sparrow.

Johnny Depp as Capt.Jack Sparrow is perfect,he' sext,provocative and funny as hell.I think it's one of his greatest roles.If there ever was a real pirate,id imagine id be like Jack SParrow.

I think he had a funny role. I love Johnny Depp since 21 Jump Street but he's been portraying the weird roles lately. He's a versatile actor and I enjoy watching him. Although I wish he would make a love story.
