Why do good people suffer?

That is a really good question/discussion. I am more interested in doing good for others than material gain. Really in the end walking the good path is more than having everything. The good path is not necessarily easy but keeping faith at the forefront makes a persons character stronger for when the end comes, who then has everything? Peace

I agree with you that good people always suffer. I can't find a particular reason for it. But sometime I think it happen because good people are very caring for every thing and thats why the get involved with things and sometime they get hurt because of that. It is not that GOD does not help them, but I think it is more like GOD want to see their level, how far they can go. Otherwise GOD always like good people.

It does seem that way doesn't it? It seems like it just keeps pouring in on some and the people who doesn't deserve the time of day, just cuise right along. I am not sure what the reason is either.
