What I have noticed lately

Well as the title says What I have noticed lately as I have gotten older I seem to be more sensitive and less defensive, things around me matter more people matter more Life matters more. I use to see guys go through this when I was younger and thought boy these guys are really getting soft but now I'm one of those guys Now I know what your thinking well its theless testosterone in my body or my mind is getting weak well thats what I thought about those guys. Its not I'm a powerlifter and I can still lift with the young dogs at the gym most don't even realise I'm 2 years from 50 my mind is even more open to things now so what is it the we guys go through that makes us finely stop and smell the roses? Maybe we finely start to understand that life is more than beating the guy in the next cubical maybe its because of the kids in our lives that make us stop and start enjoying life it really doesn't matter I guess all that matters is that we finely do life is not a competition it's all about creating so to you young guys life should be fun go out play like a kid laugh and have fun want to stay young don't look for it in a doctors office or on the shelf its in your heart become child like on the week ends trust me it works well im off think im going to Toys r us and have fun lol
