Hello everyone, I just want to know whether you will rate for the discussion or responses or not.
For me, I will rate every responses of my discussion, and I will mark the best response if there are more than 10 responses. I think that it is a kind of respect to those who interact with me.
How about you? Do you rate to those who response to you? Do you mark the best response as well?

I rate every discussion except the ones I can't figure out. Sometimes I get responses that are in very broken english and make no sense to me. I don't know whether to mark it as pos. or neg. so I usually respond with a comment explaining that i don't understand their response.

Sometimes, if I don't understand what is a response talking about, I will just simply give a '-' to that person. Is it is suitable choice? Or should I just leave it blank?

Sometimes I would like to rate for the topic I response to, but no as often as rating those in my discussion.
Thank you for your response, Sm00tH!

I rate all responses to my discussions, but to discussions I respond to I only rate them if I think it truely is a good discussion, I respond to alot that I feel the need to respond to but don't necessarily think it was a great topic. I don't know perhaps I should be rating more. If I come across a post by a friend I always rate them, but other than that, I rate posts that I think are good, and no others. I only give the '-' if the post/reply is out of line, a flame, or just completely off topic.

Yes, I will also rate the responses of my discussion as soon as possible. For the best response, I need some more time to choose.
Thanks for your response, SKLC_PT!

Yes, I do. I usually wait until I have at least 3 responses or more. Then I go through and rate the responses and select a best response. Sometimes I wish could give best response to more than one person because there are some highly intelligent people on this site and they can really write an excellent response to almost any question. They should all be given a pat on the back.

Yes, it is really sad that we can only choose one best response. Sometimes, it is hard to decide which is the best response, as there are always more than one good quality response.

I am relatively new here just started yesterday, but I make sure I respond to all of the posts received and I try to rate them all too. I just feel that if they took the time to read my post and give feedback, then I owe them a thank you back or atleast take the time to respond back to there questions or opinions. I also believe this as respect, and I would want the same. I am slowly figuring out what each rating or system means and getting to learn my way around the site pretty well.

Yes, but sometime when you find that you have a lot of responses, it is quite difficult to response all of them. But at least I will rate for them! =)
