Diarrhea is cause by taking some unhyginic thing by mouth and it can be avoide only by keeping the surroundings of your baby clean. I never faced this while my child was teething because my full time job was taking care of my baby but I faces effect of slight diarrhea on my baby when he took molch in his mouth while playing in the kid's park. It happens only due to carelessness. However when your child grew up then it becomes hard to manage.
