Does anyone plan on celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year?

I am lucky enough to live in New York City where we have a large Chinese population centered around Chinatown and there are lots of festivities there including a firecracker ceremony, parade, etc. Will be very exciting and I can even try out some of the Mandarin I've learned so far this semester in Chinese 101! Anyone else celebrating the Year of the Pig?
