do you believe in haunted houses or ghosts? have you had an experience?

I've lived in 2 haunted houses and in both cases, the ghosts kinda seemed friendly. One might have been a poltergeist, but wasn't destructive, it just played jokes on people like turning lights off and on and moving things around. The other house, there was a 3rd floor attic full of old furniture and stuff that the landlord had just left there and I always felt like someone was there with me when I went up there. There was a door at the bottom of the stairs that would not stay closed, even after I and two other people checked it to make sure that it really latched. My children were pretty young then and during the night someone would cover them up--which was great except during the summer when it was too hot! I didn't tell them that it wasn't me.

There is deffinately something to it.When I was about 16 years old a few of my friends really got into this.....like holding seances and such.I took part in only one and after what happend there....that was the last time I ever messed with something like that.We all sat around a table and holding hands with our eyes closed....I don't remember exactly what was said....but after it was over....the bracelet I was wearing was laying on the floor with the clasp still closed.I still get chills thinking about that.....it scared the living daylights out of me.I never felt a thing....but still my bracelet was laying there on the floor next to me.I don't know how that happend.....but it made a believer out of me. I've heard a lot about hunted houses and people actually staying there....if I ever encounterd such a thing I would be out of there in a hurry.

Heard it before and keep hearing them very often.But didi not have the experience yet.

I do believe in ghosts. I worked for a shipping company when i was still single and the office was in an old Spanish house. It was a Saturday and i was working overtime alone. I was busy typing a report when i felt the chair from the table next to me move closer. And then i knew something was sitting on it because the cushion was pressed down a little as if a weight was on it. I felt goosebumps and prayed that it wouldn't do anything more to frighten me further. After a while I felt it go away and then i ran downstairs without even finishing my report.
