Prayer in school

Who came up with the idea to take prayer out of schools? Could this be the reason teens are shooting up malls and turning the guns on themselves? What do you think?

i'm sorry. i don't want to be rude but i think there already is a discussion with exactly the same title. please try not to repeat any discussions in the future.
as for an answer to your question i think religion is good. but i still believe that first you get in touch with religion at home and not in school. so with or without religion in schools parents should teach their children what religion really is. i think that most of all is the fault of parents that people shoot each other in malls, street, or any other places. I'm not a parent yet but i can tell you for sure that my children will first learn about God and belief at home. and if there will be a religion class in school than it's just great. if not i will still be glad that my kids now what religion is and how to love God.

I really didn't know, but I won't apologize. People use the same topic and reword it all the time. I've seen it time and time again since I've been on this site. It's called "Similar Topics." Try reading them sometimes at the bottom of the page. The teaching of religion does start at home. You can instill God in a child and they still go astray! Does that mean it's still on the parents? You can control every situation your child(ren) will be in.
