I use yahoo-SBC DSL, which is pretty good. Its not the fastest out there, but it is good enough for me. For my browser, I use mozilla firefox, which happens to be like the best one out there.

I have cable. Comcast high speed, to be exact. Though, the whole "high speed" thing is a joke.

Yeah I also have At&t Yahoo DSL, its ok, but could be better!
