Will you watch the Academy Awards? Who do you want to win?

I will watch the Oscars, although I can't remember another time when there was so little suspense about who would win the acting awards. I think you will certainly get your wish about Forrest Whittaker, and I'm pretty sure he will be joined by Helen Mirren, Jennifer Hudson and Eddie Murphy. I'm not sure what will win Best Picture, and I'm not even that interested in it. I will not miss the awards show, though, and I'll be watching all of the fashion coverage too. I can't get enough of awards show season, particularly the Oscars!

I probably won't watch them all because they can be long and boring. But I will DEFINITELY be online checking out the winners during and after the broadcast. I have seen quite a few of the films nominated including The Departed, Little Miss Sunshine, Children of Men, Pan's Labyrinth and The Queen. I loved the The Departed but I also really loved Little Miss Sunshine. I'm pulling for LMS to win Best Picture although I'm pretty sure The Departed will win it. Either way, they both deserve it.

I'll most likely watch the Academy Awards, because I want to find out the names of the movies I'll be watching next year when I rent them from the library. Forrest should be a sure win because he's really a great actor, but you just never know. Also, I just like to see some famous people out of their element. The only thing I don't like is when famous people use the millions of people who are watching while they're in the spotlight to spout off their political views. Other than that, I have to get the popcorn ready, because I love movies. All of them.
