Where do we go from here?

When Smallville ends (Nooooo!), what would be your wish list for the producing team. I've always been in favor of rolling the show into a "Justice League Begins", with Tom Welling as a guest star when possible. I really want to hear everyone else's ideas though, not just comments on announced or rumored directions. Who's got the "next big thing"?
Thanks in advance

Well I would love to see a show begin about "Justice League Begins" only co-staring Tom Welling as Superman because Superman IS in the Justice League with all the others as well...but yeah I agree with you for the most part Heathcliff...

Even better, if we could see a two or three part "Superman Cometh". I would love to see the Smallville-esque take on the origin of the suit, the first public appearance, etc. Unfortunately, I'm afraid Smallville ends with us only zooming in on the "S" as Clark pulls open his shirt AND FADE TO BLACK WITH THEME.

guest star?? superman was one of the founding members of justice league. that would be cool though since we've already seen the starting of it, although cyborg was not part of it. well, i asumed where they end smallville is where the superman movies start. a live action story telling of the Green Arrow would be nice because i don't have a phone to watch that animated one. =( he was pretty cute, i'd like to see more of Oliver Queen. maybe a Live Action Teen Titans?? dunno.

I think that might be where they are heading. They are certainly showing indications of it with The Green Arrow and the ones he's pulled together so far. I could see them starting that and with Superman being there at least occassionally. Tom Welling, sadly is starting to show his age. He's going on 30 and he's playing a 19 to 20 year old? Sooner or later age catches up and it might not be possible for him to play such a younger character for much longer. So moving on to the justice league makes sense.

Warner Bros. looks like they're ready to start work on a Justice League MOVIE. I'm taking that with a grain of salt, though. There have been plenty of rumors and squashed hopes about that. I would think it would be so much easier to give us the spin-off series. Optimally, Lex could remain a big villian as he builds the Smallville version of "The Legion Of Doom": 33 1/3, otherwise, I don't see a good payoff to that storyline. Alot of the cast of Smallville may be ready to move on (Rosenbaum's been REAL busy lately) so it would probably have to be cameos for them.
