Is it true that when you stare into a cat's eyes, you will be the one who drops your eyes first?

I've heard that about a dog but not a cat. And if its true, I dont think its a truth for all cats, especially mine.

WEll I've proven that wrong then. Sometimes my cat went licking herself and avoid my eye contact. I wonder if I have a beast in me, but I am animal lover who will not and never hurt animals. I hate animal cruelty and my cat is like a child to me.

hihi..it would be a funny experience. But I agreed that it was true because I see cat more rarely blink its eyes than me.
