I'm teaching my computer to recognise my voice at the moment.
It is part of Windows so all you need is a microphone. It really is clever!
The only problem is that I speak Queens English and the software is written for Americans so some words it really struggles to recognise my accent.

lots of third party tools are available for voice search..you can try tht one..
