Take a whiff of vanilla to stop a sweet tooth. It releases seratonin, a brain chemical that boosts mood and supresses appetite.
Sing along with your favorite tunes for 20 minutes a day to help you sleep.
Eat lots of crab meat as it is good for tooth enamel.
Curb appetite by eating chiles.
Asparagus wards off wrinkles.
Put plastic wrap in the freezer to stop it from clinging to the roll and hands.
To ease a headache, make a cup of rosemary tea. Steep a teaspooon of dried rosemary for 10 minutes in a cup of hot water. It has antioxidants that dilate blood vessels.

Thanks for the tips, bee.
I sing a lot during the day and never have trouble sleeping - never knew the two were connected!

I will have to try the vanilla hint soon. I do not always have a sweet tooth, but when I do, look out. I will try to remember about rosemary as well. I have been waking up with headaches, wanting more coffee. Thanks a lot.

The vanilla tip sounds a little too good to be true but you can betcha that I am going to try it. If it works, you have my eternal gratitude. I really am very bad about eating too many sweets. Unfortunately it really shows too. Ugh.

I wonder if the sniffing vanilla will really stop a sweet tooth. Have you tried it? It would sure be nice if it worked. I would be tempted to put a bottle of vanilla in my husbands luch bucket instead of the cookies. LOL
I love asparagus but I am concerned about these wrinkles, they are coming up too fast for me. LOL

Wow. I need all those tips.
The vanilla for a sweet tooth is a great one. The singing to sleep better one sounds too good to be true but I will be singing today and I guess I will know by the morning.
Thanks for the great tips.
