Water ,just the water can help to solution my thirsty ,Other things such as the milk cocacola coffeeand so on can emphasise my thirsty .

I like drinking a cold glass of water. I keep a filter jug in the fridge so we always have access to chilled water.

Which reminds me I forgot to pick up a bottle of water from the store just now. I rarely if ever drink water from the faucet. Where can I get a filter jug. Does it really filter the water well?

either fruit juices or green tea, chinese tea. becoming addicted to herbal teas just lately, camomile tea is nice too!
