How to get rid of headache as early as possible

Drink more water daily then you know the reselt this is precasion before you got headache. If you got headache my suggestion get Saridon tablet its best....

Drinking water can save us from most of the problems. Even though, we know that we dont follow it at all times. If we follow it we can come over several diseases

personally when i get a headache, i take 1 of 3 things and it gets rid of it quite rapidly... 1. BC aspirin powder (quickest for me) 2. Tylenol Arthritis 3. equate ibuprofin if you haven't tried any of these, i'd highly recommend it =) if none of them work, or if your headaches stay for days, you might consider going to the doctor to see if there might be something wrong internally. hope this helps =)
