Nope, no secrets here. In my opinion, keeping secrets shows a lack of trust. If you don't have trust in a relationship, then you don't have anything. So, being that I totally trust him, I tell him everything. I don't have anything to hide anyway. I can't think of one single reason I would have to keep anything a secret from him unless it's his birthday or Christmas gifts.

I don't think you should keep "big" secrets from your spouse, but you don't need to tell them absolutely everything either.

I generally agree with the previous post about trust in the relationship.
On the other hand, I have to admit, that I do have secrets from my husband, and I can't help it. I guess, there are some things that you have to keep to yourself. Sometimes, you keep secrets in order not to hurt you partner. There are some tings that they simply don't need to know.
I believe, that my husband also has some secrets from me, and I am alright with it, as long as it's not something major.
