Anyone else love Peanut Butter?

Count me in as a peanut butter lover too. I like Jif and get the creamy kind. Since you like peanut butter so well, I thought you and other peanut butter lovers would like this quick easy peanut butter snack. My whole family loves it! (You would never know there's cornflakes in there, lol) Peanut Butter Cornflake Goodies 1 bag butterscotch morsels (chips) 3/4 to 1 cup peanut butter 5 cups cornflakes (may use up to 6 cups) 1. Prepare 2 cookie sheets by either covering them with waxed paper, or lightly grease with some butter/margerine. Set aside. 2. Melt the PB and butterscotch over a double-boiler, or in the microwave (on low.) Stir frequently until completely melted and blended. 3. When the peanut butter and butterscotch are melted, add to a large bowl where you have the 5 cups of cornflakes waiting. Stir in the mixture until it's all well coated. 4. Pour the cornflake mixture onto the cookie sheets (1/2 on one, 1/2 on the other.) Pat down to thin it out on the sheet. (You don't have to be perfect about it, just make it thinner.) 5. Cool in the fridge until they set. 6. Once they're firm on the cookie sheet, take them off the sheet with a spatula and break them up into smaller bits (like it was peanut brittle.) 7. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. No worry about how long you can store them for, they'll never last that long:-)

I love peanut butter and like you I eat it almost everyday. I am not too particular about my brand of peanut butter. I usually buy the brand that sells it in the largest container. I usually buy it in a 5 lb. jar. And I also buy jelly in large size jars because I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I do like chunky but is seems to get used up faster than smooth.

I love it! I eat it about three times a week.

I looove peanut butter, I probably eat it at least once a day if not more with a lot of different things. I also eat the skippys kind too, chunky is the best! Can't live without those peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

I really love peanut butter!!! I love eating it with or without bread. I love home-made peanut butter and the ones mix with guava jelly. I get happy whenever I eat them. hehehehe!!!! This is one of the good things in my life.
