Think about it. Have you ever seen a squirrel poop? I've probably seen thousands of squirrels in my lifetime and it just occurred to me as I watched a couple chase each other through the trees that I've never seen one poop. I know this is a silly question, but I'm dying to know the answer.

LOL, of course they poop outside, but where? Do they have bathrooms inside their tree holes? Do they go on a leaf? Or under a rock? Where oh where do little squirrels poop?

Where do you think really? You haven't seen little pellets around squirrel areas? Heh well I don't imagine that you would want to bend down to look that closely but they are there of course.

Maybe squirrels are very shy and hide someplace when they poop, you know, a squirrels bathroom. Or may be they poop on the run and it's so small that you just don't notice it.
