Think good, do good. Hard work, dedication and do not indulge too much in any activity. It will help you think young although aging is natural.

When I was 22 a Mary Kay rep showed me her hands. One of them was wrinkled and old looking, and the other looked much younger. She said that she had kept cream on the one hand for many years and purposely left the other one without. Since seeing that, I haven't gone a minute of my life without cream on my face. As a result, I have very few wrinkles for someone my age.

Genetics plays a role but I also think that being happy with your life and not stressed out keeps you young as well. Consider yourself lucky :)

Blood, everyone in my family looks younger than we are. My mother has been mistaked for my sister and my father for my husband. Scary.

I always get told I dont look my age---I always win on those "guess your age" at carnivals lol..love it love it. Not stressing is a BIG one, that puts alot of wear and tear on you physically and mentally..eating right and excercising is just as important.

Detox often! Exfoliate your face often. I am 21, but people tell me I look like 16. :P And.. don't dress so maturely if you want to look young. hair as well.. trim your hair, and make it look fashionable.

most people mistaken me as one in mid-20s, woohoo! dunno if it's coz of my height, lol! well, as to what keeps one young, i'd go with the popular quote, "live, love, laugh". they say work hard and play hard; i say work easy, play easy - and live your passion :)

Oh I truly think stress can age a person 10 fold over! My ex is constantly stressing over everything in the world, most of it he can't even fix, and he looks like he's a good 20 years older than he is. I think just keeping a mellow outlook on life in general is good for you physically.

What keeps me young is that I always smile even everything seems wrong, just smile, smile, smile and you feel young, but if you dont have teeth, dont smile because the people will ran away from you. LOL. joke... Just always be happy and make life simple, dont think of the problems...

Major factor is genes. most of us have our genes contributing to make us look young. It also Depends on the type of exercise you do. Exercise regimes on a daily basis tones your body, strengthens you up and improves the circulation of blood. Intake of healthy food like Fresh fruits, vegetables and 2litres of water help in combating age problems.
