Have you ever quit smoking?

I am nonsmoker!, but, thanks for this important topic.

I have quit smoking three different times now and yet am still smoking . The first time I quit for three months and the second time I quit for six months and the last time I quit for nine months . Each time I go longer and longer . I have tried just about every gimick they have out there but found the best one the nicoderm patch . That is the one I quit for nine months with and the reason I started smoking again was I couldn't take all the pressue I was under when they told me that there was going to be something wrong with my baby . I wish I hadn't went back to it cause she ended up alright and now I am still smoking but the next time I get in the mood that is what I am going to use again . Best of luck !!
