Organizing a bedroom Advice please

Le me tell you a little bit about me first. I'm 22 and I live at home, and probably will be for the next couple of years. The problem I'm having is staying organized in my 10x11 room. I have several hobbies, including bead work, cross stitch, sewing, making greeting cards and scrap booking. I am also an avid reader and have many books. To top this all off I am a pack rat, and do not like to throw anything away. I have all ready taken over the attic, the hallway, the back enterance, and the pantry with my stuff. How would you go about organizing this so I can get to what I want when I need it.
