For a night out or going to work. Who provides you with childcare when you need it?

I am a stay at home mom so the only time I need someone to watch our son is when we go out and the only people that I have watch him is either set of grandparents!

that's great for you, but many people don't have that luxury. If you didn't have that luxury what do you think you would do? Who would you turn to?

It's not a luxury and it was a clear choice we made which I think that any parent can make - most just don't want to make the sacrifice and most don't want to give up the luxuries they have become accustom to.
My husband and I had to give up a lot to be able to afford to stay at home with the baby. And I wouldn't even think twice about doing it again.
The only way I would ever need someone to watch my child is if my husband was not around - then again, I would get my parents or his parents to watch him.
