Are you bothered if someone around you is smoking?

I realize that years ago people smoking around me didn't bother me as I didn't notice because people were able to smoke in a number of places they no longer can smoke at. Flash forward a few years, and now I can spot a smoker or cigarette smoking from a very far distant. I now realize how much effect it has, even if it's far away. You just CANNOT CONTAIN smoke. Im happy that in my state, there is such a push to ban it in public places. I wish they would start banning it in more private places as well.
