Do you and your spouse or partner argue about toilet seats being up or down?

I think we have gotten better about that at our house (and by "we" I mean my husband has gotten better). It has taken almost 7 years of sometimes being "surprised" when I have to make a bathroom run in the middle of the night, just to get the shock of my life. So, what should I work on now? LOL

we only have 1 guy in the house with 3 girls, so he learned right quick to put the seat down! lol
and there isnt anything as shocking than that middle of the night cold "bath" is there?! and when you do fall in..it seems like its feet deep and not just inches!! LMAO!
i havent had that happen in years now! ::knock on porcelein!!::
