How many times have you been married

I have been married twice. I am currently on my 2nd marriage, and with the way things are going, it's going to be the last. My first was a miserable thing that just shouldn't of happened. We got married for all the wrong reasons, and we knew it when we were doing it, and we did it anyway. I knew this marriage was starting out better to begin with because I had so much FUN at our wedding, where with my first I didn't. I know that seems a silly thing, but it's an important difference I think. There are so many other differences in this marriage vs. my last. I only ever wanted to be married once because both of my parents have been married and divorced and remarried multiple times. My mother is on her 3rd marriage, my father on his 4th. They both seem to have found their matches, finally, but it certainly skewered my view of marriage to the negative. I was very reluctant to get married this last time. I started out doing it because it is what he wanted. However, the more I thought of it, the more it seemed the right thing to do. And then I KNEW that it would last.

I'm going on my second marriage. The first marriage didn't work out, my exhusband was a cheater.

Only once, and I'm still in the marriage. We were both raised to the thinking that marriage is for life, so we never rushed into it. When we said our vows, we were ready to live with each other for the rest of our lives.

Once. I'm still married. And hope to always be. Its up to my husband though.
