Things just keeps breaking

Just when budget is scarce and belts are tight, when home appliances starts breaking! Today my Oster can opener broke, months ago our microwave oven konked out. What's next?! All these were wedding presents, ordinarily we can't afford these. Oh what can a stay-at-home mom to do?
Have you experienced this? Do give me insights on how to handle pressures like these. It's difficult to stay positive when things like these, no matter how small, starts happening.

Hi, nangkasuy. Sometimes things just happen. Like us, we just had our car valet parked, and the valet guy hit another vehicle, now that vehicle's owner wants us to pay for damages! That on top of our car's damages! Oh well.
Although it's depressing and it's hard to stay positive, remember that things aren't always bad. Cheer up! When things go bad, there's really no way to go but up, right? I'd like to think that something's good gonna come out of this. Since you're Pinoy, "May kapalit yan!"
