Its true as teenagers we think we know everything but we realise later that we knew nothing of the world what we thought we knew.We used to argue with our parents regarding various issues but later realised that we were never right and that what ever our parents told us was for our good.......

it is not funny, it is real. when you grow older, you will start to realize this and laugh at yourself. Experience is the best teacher and your parents have experienced more than you ever thought of. So, just listen to them from now on. They only want the best for you.

I can't say that parents are always right, but they do hopefully try to guide and prepare there children for the realities of the real world. That's love and that is part of life. I'm sure very one on this planet has said at one time or other, if I only knew back then, what I know today. It's amazing when where young we think we know everything, when we are middle age we think we have learned much, when we finally get up there in year we realize we are still trying to learn and really didn't learn enough. Understanding is an on going process, as is growing old. It just never stops.
