Deaf, dumb and blind.?

Someone asked this to me and i do not know the answer. Please help. There were three people: deaf, dumb and blind. Deaf elopes with blinds wife. Dumb sees them while eloping and go to communicate about the incident to blind. How will he communicate this to blind?

The dumb one will have to contact one who understands sign language but is able to talk. After the normal person has fully understood what dumb guy is telling him, the meddling person dumb guy has contacted, relates the entire story to blind. This is of course, presuming that dumb guy is a friend of blind's.
