Hi there!
I'm just 3 days old on myLot and would really appreciate if anyone could give some advice!
1. How do some of you get so many responses to your posts?
2. Do you get more responses when you start a post in a "General" category or if you post in a specific category (assuming the specific category has a large enough number of people who are interested in it)
3. What do the numbers in brackets after your username mean (I know they're related to the number of posts you make - do you get a higher number if you start your own post or provide responses to posts started by someone else?
4. How do you get a star rating?
Any response is much appreciated!
Cheers!
Andre

1)Responses depend on a number of things, timing, friends, and wording of the discussion, posting a discussion that is not well known world wide will limit or ones like do you like such and such, wording responses so you give clues how others can reply or a number of questions related help.
2)You should alway post discussions in the catagory it best fits, obviously if there is a catagory with fewer people interested there may be fewer responses.
3)the numbers in the brakets are the number of responses you have made, you don't get paid for discussions until you have had a certain number of responses this stops people from getting paid for junk.
4)You get your star when you have posted 100 responses, when you get it you can pass your mouse over the star and it will show your rating.
Hope this helps and good luck.
