potty training

I have a 2 yrs& 7 mos old son who i am having troubles in succedding with his potty training. last december, i was able to start training him how to do it by himself and i was happy then that he learns to tell me whenever its time to go to his pottty. by january, i got busy with my job which requires me to leave my children most often with their nanny. just recently i had time to stay at home and it really makes me mad to see know my son forgot everything to taught him. he's like a little baby who always depends on me to clean up his mess everywhere. i tried to retrain him but its harder this time. i don't know what to do anymore i am starting to loose my patience.
