Metally retarted how to help them- any suggestions

I had seen few mentally retarded persons and children. I felt as I am far better than them still they could get an helping hand to over come their hadicapp. This could happen to any even to my own closed ones. Still I would like to give them some peace of mind and some friendship from my side. How about your opinion please.

i think the best that we can do is to pray for them that though they're in that situation, they'd feel better and that people especially their relatives will take good care of them no matter what. I'm sure God will listen

There is nothing you can do sorry.The best thing to do is be polite and do not stare treat them as if they are normal as much as you can.
