Sissy, you're driving me crazy...you've mentioned this stuff before...lol...I want some . Please tell us what it is and how to make it but not with brand name stuff because we just can't get some things in our country.
If it's not too big an ask or you're not too busy eating....lol.

I use Tex Mex cheese..a yummy blend, but all cheeses taste pretty good on this..well, ok, I'll rephrase that...MOST cheeses taste good :)

I use Mozarella cheese (lots of it) and beef gravy (Canned Bisto Gravy) but you can use your own homemade beef gravy too!
Yummy! You just have to try it soon! :)

I actually make fairly often....here in NY they have NO CLUE what the hell I'm talking about LOL so I learned pretty quick since moving here to not even bother asking or looking for it....Luckily though our local grocery stores carry curd all the time (damn pricey though)....

As I sit here writing this, my fries are in the oven cooking :D I love to make my own poutine, especially considering the fact that no one around here makes a decent poutine. They are really stingy on the cheese and gravy, and let's face it, without lots of both, it's just not poutine.
I use the Kraft Tex Mex cheese shreds and hot chicken gravy or the actual poutine gravy. Yup..both come in little packages, powdered form..lol.

Poutine ROCKS! I love the stuff and make it when I get those cravings. I find using Tex Mex grated cheese gives it a nice kick!
