If you are wealthy, how did you acheive it? If poor, are you still happy? Are you average? Do you plan to improve your stats? No judgements, just conversation. I am wealthy in the finer things....love, family, all my needs met and not much to complain about, though I could if provoked. Am Poor in enthusiasm right now, as my business could use a boost, but I am an average writer, average height and average weight. Guess I'm a little of each. ;)

Thanks everyone, for posting today! I have to get to bed. My husband says I never come to bed at a decent hour anymore....he's right! Talk with you all tomorrow!

I've been rich and spent it ( I won't divulge how I came by the wealth.) I've been really, really poor and learnt a lot from that. Now I'm just well off and happy. I regard myself as rich because I have love from my family, my GF, I'm v. healthy and enjoy my work, everyday I learn something new and, even after half a century, I'm not jaded or cynical but remain optimistic.

From being poor, it was at that time I learned to appreciate the little things in life and be grateful for them. When I was in the extreme comfort zone I had no need to question; any discomfort was eased by another bottle of Cliquot, another joint or another beautiful woman.I have fond memories of poverty; I have much less fond memories of the "good times."
And now, well my current life will be fond future memories.

Michael, I hope everyone who comes here reads your response. It is just what I would have expected, as I have never been financially "wealthy" but have friends who are and I don't see that they are happier than us, just more stressed out. Thanks so much for sharing.

I'm average.I would have asked a celebrity for money. But when I did, they wanted me to spend time with them, first. So,I changed my mind about it and decided to keep on doing my usual thing and try hoping to become wealthy for doing it some day,no matter how long it takes.Of course,I could have gotten rich much more quicker,if I would have had it in me to spend time with them like they wanted me to for the money. But I'm sure I would have felt bad in the end, because it's not my way of having pride about myself at all whatsoever.

Well,Dellion,I guess sometimes celebrities have powerful lusts as well as the person themselves seeming attractive to them, you know.I feel like that's what the situation was at the time.

I'm average. I try to improve myself but mostly in things that only mean things to me. I try to learn, be good mom, a good friend, etc.

Can`t say where I am.. depends on what I compare what I have with... compared to what other people have I doing very well, compared to my friends also well, and compared to what i want to achieve in life I`m close... very close... i just need to get rid of some distractions that are giving me a hard time focusing... but i`m strong... i will get rid of them...

I lost my job 8 months ago. I am working from home now as I am not educated enough to get another job (if you are not from India then you probably wont understand that undergradutes are treated like dirt because of the millions of MBAs released every year). I am trying to save money for a college degree but no luck so far. I am working over 14 hours a day on different projects but they do not pay much. Looking for a decent home-biz opportunity but nothing so far. And I am desperately trying to somehow immigrate to a first world country - that too costs more money than I have. In India, it helps if you dad is really rich and you want a future.
