I'd grab him, beat him something awful, yelling at him the whole time to degrade him and his ideas, then turn him in for the $25 million reward.

Who? I thought he had been forgotten about. I mean after all we did get Sadaam, oh that's right, he didn't have anything to do with 9 11. Let's see, we had 9-11, we went after Sadaam or the culprit, found out it was Osama, then ended up getting Sadaam, you go President Bush... I think he forgot about Osama so I think I would have to take his picture and hold him hostage till the president remembers who he is and why he started this war.

Who indeed, Lucie225! Did you notice how all US news media suddenly dropped talks about Osama bin Laden (who had claimed responsibility for 911/2001) and instead went after Iraq's president Saddam Hussein, the former collaborator who had become a burden and was becoming a problem in the way of US and British plundering activities?
The US government does not want to find Osama bin Laden, who is in George Bush ranch in Texas, USA. 911/2001 was simply an excuse to get rid of a former US crony and accomplice who had gotten wiser!

The US immediately blamed Al Queda, and by association, their leader Osama. They went after him and his buddies in Afghanistan, no luck. See the US can't just go around into countries suspected of hiding bin Laden and "peek around", there are issues of sovereignty. I believe he fled Afghanistan to neighboring Pakistan and is now being hidden by the Taliban like fighters and supporters in Pakistan. So what has to be done is more cooperation by Pakistan and Pakistanis, and an agreement on how the US will help search the Hindu Kush mountain areas.

I will ask him why he did not trust the world to hear his case against Western nations, urge him to tell the whole truth and ask him if George W. Bush has been treating him nicely in Bush ranch in Texas!

When someone is angry at another person, and kills that person. Does it matter what their grievance was?

Yes, in some cases! If for example, you know that someone is about to kill you just in order to plunder from you or that an invader is in your house with weapons to destroy you, your family and people, then giving the invader/intruder the very short end of the stick is called self-defense! And I may not even care what you use to stop the invader with!

Attempt to restrain him and take him immediatly to the nearest FBI branch location.
If I couldn't do that I would probably kill him. He is an enemy of the United States and must be captured or killed at all costs.

I will convince him to change that would radically change his way of thinking and terroristic tendencies.
