Free dial-up internet access from the Philippines

Is there anyone here that knows if toll-free internet dial up is available in the philippines?

Some dial-ups can be used for free during off-peak hours (12 midnight to 6/7am). Check the back portion of the prepaid cards if they still offer that service. :)

nope... there is no such toll free internet dial up available here in the philippines. everything is to be payed, but if you like to have a connection just simply go to your neares PLDT communication coz this days they have a limited promo for as low as 888 for landline plus internet dsl connection and ndd calls for only 888 pesos. so if your interested avail it now.
