I guess that Nivea is a good one cause some other friends said the same name.

yeh i do....!! it is something ...i totally dont leave without applying!!
even though i live in UK ....and there hardly any sun visible!!!
i use garnier sun block with SPF 15
its pretty mild ...and i love the smell too...
and it does wonder for my complextion too.....lol

No I do not use sun cream or sunscreen. I have always developed an allergic reaction to these creams. You can use some to enhance your tan and others to deter the UV rays, banana boat has some good ones out there if you are really interested. I use baby oil and iodine mixture to enhance my tan. I use vanilla flavoring extract after being in the sun to enhance a tan and to make my skin silky smooth.

Yes, I do use sunscreen lotion. It is always good to protect your skin from sun by using sunscreen lotin. I prefer to use product from Olay when it comes to my skin care. And when you are buying a sunscreen lotion check out the SPF no on it. High the number it is strong against the sun.

use any with spf 25 to 45 depends on ur skin tone lighter the skin tomes higher the sunscreen u will need, hope this helps.in states garnier is the best and in india we have many but suncros is the best.
